Terms & Conditions

These pre-Order terms and conditions (“Pre-Order Terms”) by Plasmics GmbH (“Plasmics” or “us” or “we”) shall apply to any pre-Order (“Pre-Order”) for Products sold on the Sites or where explicitly applicable or through a current Authorized Party.

Please read these Pre-Order Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these Pre-Order Terms.

1. PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

1.1. When placing a Pre-order, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Please contact us via office@plasmics.com if you need to update your information prior to your Product being shipped.

1.2. Plasmics shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.

1.3. Your Pre-Order is not transferable or assignable to any other party without the prior express written consent of Plasmics.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT

You will be charged the full deposit amount of the Product at the time of placing the Pre-Order. This amount will be deductible from the expected final price of the product, as soon as its available for purchase. 

3. SHIPPING SCHEDULE AND ORDER

3.1. The expected shipping date for a Pre-Order Product will be clearly noted on each Product page, subject to delays. Estimated and actual ship dates are subject to change.

3.2. Actual ship date depends on the date of your Pre-Order and availability. Plasmics will ship Products according to the order in which the Pre-order is received.

3.3. If you cancel your Pre-Order in accordance with these Pre-Order Terms, your position will be taken by the next individual or entity on the Product pre-order list.

4. PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION

4.1. Once you place your Pre-Order, your order is final, non­cancelable and non­refundable.

4.2. Cancellation by Customer. You may cancel your Pre-Order only if you have not received a shipping notification within four (6) months of the placement of your Pre-Order. If you cancel your Pre-Order you will receive a full refund of the price paid without interest.

4.3. Cancellation by Plasmics. Plasmics may cancel your Pre-order at any time for any or no reason. If Plasmics cancels your Pre-Order you will receive a full refund of the price paid without interest

6. INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE

All terms, provisions, definitions and agreements set forth in the Plasmics Terms and Conditions of Sale (except to the extent expressly modified herein) are hereby incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein. To the extent that the terms set forth in the Pre-Order Terms are inconsistent with the terms of the Plasmics Terms and Conditions of Sale, the terms set forth in the Pre-Order Terms herein shall apply.
